Define the origin
Start with where the nuts were grown.
Our enquiry focus includes Ghana in West Africa and Tanzania in East Africa. Wider requests across West Africa, East Africa and Southeast Asia are reviewed individually, with availability confirmed for the particular requirement.
Specify the growing country separately from the exporter, processing location and dispatch port. A processor can use imported nuts, so its address alone does not establish cultivation origin. Connect the origin documents to the offered lot.

Put the outturn figure in context.
Sample-tested outturn, commonly called KOR, is often quoted in pounds of usable kernel per 80 kg of RCN. State the unit and cutting-test method with the result.
This trade figure is not a percentage or a guarantee of factory yield. Processing conditions and the eventual mix of whole and broken kernels also matter. Agree how samples are drawn and link the dated assessment to the lot being offered.

Record crop year or harvest season, drying and storage history, moisture result and measurement method. Review a representative sample.
Agreed tolerances
Define limits for defective, empty, immature, mould-affected or insect-damaged nuts and foreign matter. State whether percentages are measured by count or weight.
