How we work

A clear brief. Practical support. Shared progress.

Every assignment starts with the outcome you want to achieve. We help turn that objective into a workable scope, then coordinate the research, relationships and actions needed to move the work forward.

1. Understand the requirement

Tell us about your business, the opportunity or challenge, the markets involved and the timing. We clarify the information available, the decisions ahead and where support would be useful.

2. Agree the assignment

For professional services, we define the responsibilities, deliverables, schedule and fees in a written scope. A focused project may suit a specific requirement; ongoing support may suit work that develops over time.

Where a farmer or producer partnership includes direct investment from Kayilan or partner funding, the investment roles, commitments and commercial terms are assessed and documented separately for that partnership.

3. Develop the options

We gather relevant information, research markets or suppliers and coordinate specialist input where the assignment requires it. Findings and comparisons help you decide how to proceed.

4. Coordinate the work

With the approach agreed, we coordinate the experienced people involved across locations and bring logistics providers into the plan where the assignment requires them. We maintain communication, clarify responsibilities and follow up on the next steps. Progress, delivery dependencies and outstanding decisions remain visible throughout the work.

5. Review and hand over

We review the agreed deliverables, organize the resulting information and identify any remaining actions. Where further support is useful, we agree the next phase before additional work begins.

Choose the right starting point.

Business services, product requirements and producer development have different scopes. We establish the appropriate approach before commitments are made.

Business services

Defined projects or ongoing support

A professional service assignment sets out deliverables, responsibilities, timing and fees. Ongoing service agreements provide continued commercial or operational support, with priorities reviewed as the work develops.

For factory planning, machinery supply or civil engineering work, the brief also identifies the site, production objective, project stage and required services.

Product sourcing

From specification to proposed supply

For a product requirement, we clarify the specification, quantity and destination, then work through product information, samples and the proposed supply arrangements. The proposal identifies Kayilan's role, the responsible contracting party and the agreed commercial terms.

Farmer and producer partnerships

Production development and market connection

A partnership can connect technology, direct investment and partner funding, regulatory coordination and market requirements. Participation, implementation responsibilities and investment commitments are assessed and documented separately for the project.

Know who is responsible

For professional service assignments, Kayilan Inc acts as an independent contractor. We agree our role for each assignment and identify the responsibilities of clients, suppliers and specialist providers. Where a transaction involves the supply of goods or other contracted services, the relevant proposal or agreement identifies the responsible contracting party.

Engineering project scopes identify who is responsible for planning, machinery supply, civil works and any agreed installation or commissioning. Design, supervision, approvals and specialist responsibilities are allocated for the project location and the work included.

For farmer and producer partnerships, the scope also identifies the production objective, technology support, any direct investment or partner funding involved, product and market requirements, and each participant's responsibilities. The relevant agreements establish the implementation and commercial commitments for that project.

The same care in community projects

Humanitarian and community initiatives remain part of our project interests. We approach them with clear requirements, defined responsibilities and practical plans for resources and ongoing operation.
